How it works

Four steps. One glass a day.

  2. Pick your green hourWrite your time at the top: before the inbox, after class, Sunday at 11.
  3. Color one glassEach day you take it, fill that day’s glass to the dotted line, or all the way. Note what you made.
  4. Try a new oneThe pink days are for a new recipe. Tick it off at the bottom of the sheet.

Ideas for your 30 days

The tracker lists our 12 recipe cards at the bottom. If you like a plan, here’s one way to go through them, a week at a time:

Missed a day? Leave the glass empty and keep going. The sheet is there to make the habit pretty, not to make you feel bad.

Good questions.

How do you use a habit tracker?

Keep it where you will see it, like the fridge or your desk. Each day you do the habit, color that day’s box. The point is a chain you enjoy keeping, not perfection: if you miss a day, pick up again the next one.

What is a green hour?

Your own 15 minutes with a matcha: before the inbox, after class or on a slow Sunday. You pick the time and write it at the top of the tracker.

Can I print the tracker on A4 paper?

Yes. There is a Letter version and an A4 version. Print at actual size (100%) so the boxes keep their shape.

How much matcha do I need for 30 days?

At 2 g a day, about 60 g. Divide the grams on your tin by 2 to see how many days it covers: a 30 g tin lasts about 15 days.

Is the tracker really free?

Yes. The PDF is free to download and print for personal use, and no e-mail is needed.
