Who we are

Green Hour ("we", "us") is a matcha brand in pre-launch, run by Jordan. Nothing is sold on this site yet. This policy covers this website, our e-mail lists and our contact form. Questions: use the contact form on our Contact page.

What we collect

• When you join a list: your e-mail address, which form you used (for example the recipe cards or the host list), the date, the site language, and the fact that you agreed to get e-mails from us. That's all: no name, no address, no payment details.
• When you use our contact form: your e-mail address, your name if you give it, your message, the date and the site language. Sending a message doesn't add you to our e-mail list.
• When you visit: like any website, our host and our providers receive technical data such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages and your sign-up. We don't use advertising or analytics tools.

How we use it

• To e-mail you when the first Green Hour tins are ready, with your 10% code, and now and then with news and recipes from Green Hour.
• If you joined the host list: to contact you about hosting a green hour at your studio or class.
• If you write to us through the contact form: to reply to you by e-mail.
• For now, we don't send any automatic e-mails.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the site and the list, and only what they need:

• Supabase, a database hosted in the United States, which stores the e-mail list and the contact-form messages.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
• Google Fonts and jsDelivr, which serve our fonts and a 3D library, so they see your IP address when a page loads.

When we start sending e-mails, we'll use an e-mail service and add it to this list. We may also share information if the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and browser storage

We don't set advertising or tracking cookies. The site saves a few small settings in your own browser, for example that you closed the offer bar. They stay on your device, and you can clear them in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your e-mail on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep contact-form messages until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices and rights

• Leave the list: every e-mail we send will have an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us at any time through the contact form on our Contact page.
• Access, correction, deletion: ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by using the contact form on our Contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights. We'll answer within 30 days, and we won't treat you differently for using them.

International processing

Our service providers may process your information in the United States and in other countries.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We'll update this policy before launch, to cover orders and payments, and whenever something changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
