1. About these terms

This website is run by Green Hour, a matcha brand in pre-launch. By using the site, its free tools or our e-mail list, you agree to these terms.

2. Nothing is for sale yet

We don't sell anything on this site yet, and nothing on it is an offer to sell. Before we take a single order, we'll publish full terms of sale, with prices, shipping and returns, so you can read them before you buy.

3. The e-mail list and the 10% code

Joining the list is free. At launch, we plan to e-mail people on the list a 10% code for their first order. The details (what it applies to and how long it's valid) will come with the code. The code has no cash value. You can leave the list at any time.

4. The host list

Joining the host list for studios and instructors doesn't commit you, or us, to anything. We'll share the program terms before launch.

5. Recipes, guides and free tools

Our recipes, guides, latte builder, recipe cards and tracker are general information, free for personal use. They aren't medical or nutrition advice. Matcha contains caffeine. Please don't resell our printables or republish our texts and photos as your own.

6. Using the site

Don't use the site for anything unlawful, and don't try to disrupt it or access it in unauthorized ways.

7. Liability

The site and its free tools are provided "as is", without any warranty, to the extent the law allows.

8. Changes

We'll update these terms at launch, and whenever something changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
